Digital Programs and Online Courses

Digital programs purchased through our learning platform are eligible for a 14-day refund period.

Programs are delivered through Teachable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

Books

Books written by Frank Ring are sold through Amazon and other third-party retailers.

If you purchased a book through Amazon, returns and refunds must be handled directly through Amazon according to their return policies.
